Hyper//Echo is a web-based “zone” where players are invited to explore the virtual space, and leave something behind — namely buildings and messages for other players to discover. Over the course of the 3-month exhibition, these artefacts gradually decay (buildings become ruins, messages appear as “broken links”) and become overgrown.
