Story & Kontext

Asura's Wrath blends Asian mythology with science fiction to tell the story of Asura, one of a pantheon of powerful demigods who wage an endless war to protect their world from a monstrous planetary threat. When his fellow generals turn against him, Asura is stripped of his power, framed for a terrible crime, and cast down after his family is torn apart. Thousands of years later he returns to a world he no longer recognizes, driven by unrelenting fury and a single purpose: revenge against those who betrayed him. Presented in the style of an episodic anime, his journey escalates from battle to impossible battle as Asura channels his boundless wrath against enemies of ever-greater scale.
