The story takes place in "Terminus", a futuristic city set in the near future which is being invaded by "Integration." Besides reality, there exists a world of the conscious, known as the Sea of Unconsciousness. Integration occurs when the two worlds collide. The Sea of Unconsciousness is influenced by humanity's negative impulses to create Hysteria, which can invade reality through Integrating Points, causing the rise of large-scale anomalous phenomenon throughout Terminus. Luckily, there exists in the city a number of supernatural girls with unknown origins. They ride motorbikes, wield special weapons, and bravely battle with Hysteria leagues bigger than them. They are called—Kaleido RIDER. Legend has it that if one has the KALEIDO VISION, a RIDER will be able to clearly see Hysteria. The beautiful RIDER girls appearing in the world of Chasing Kaleidorider have diverse identities—magicians, students, rock singers... They hide their identities among humans, silently protecting the city. This first reveal trailer showcases intimate scenes between the beautiful RIDER girls called Prome, Nana, UC, and Adodol with the player. The kissing scene between Prome and the Navigator further indicates that RIDER can gain new powers through intimate contact with the Navigator.
