Grub Guardian is the first minigame that ties directly to a live Wizard101 account. Logging into Grub Guardian allows you to unlock new maps and train your pets for experience parts. Grub Guardian has 28 free maps ranging in difficulty, and every pet has different strengths and abilities. New maps unlock as you progress, and different strategies are needed for new enemies. The game also offers the ability to purchase in-game items and additional maps with KingsIsle's "Crowns" currency.
