Six commanders lead the rebuild: Voss the kinetic vanguard, Reyes the tactician, Spark the electric specialist, Cipher the saboteur, Whisper the scout, Vell the architect. Build a mobile Crawler base, recruit troops, run extraction raids under fog of war, forge alliances, and lay siege to the Citadel's four districts.
