WhatIsLike provides game information, algorithmic similarity recommendations, and price comparisons. Recommendations are guidance and not a guarantee of suitability.

3. Third-party prices and contracts

Prices and availability may change. Only the retailer's information is authoritative, and any purchase contract is concluded with that retailer, not WhatIsLike.

4. Permitted use

Automated access that impairs security, availability, or third-party rights, and attempts to circumvent technical protections, are prohibited.

5. Availability and liability

Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Statutory liability rules apply; liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

6. Final provisions

German law applies where mandatory consumer law does not provide otherwise. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
